After showering or bathing try to use a foot file on the edges of your feet to remove any dead rough skin. Apply a SMALL amount of balm and massage for just a few minutes. At first it may feel geasy but give it a minute or two and it will soak in and leave a nice soft, smooth moisture barrier. Now you may want to put some socks on or just tuck them into bed. After just a few teatments you will notice an extreme difference on how your feet look and feel.
